Sam, an independent contractor and Kate, a CNA met on a blind date! How they met…from the bride! I was asked by a friend if I would go on a blind double date with them to a tractor pull; that wasn’t my thing but I didn’t mind trying something new so I said “yes”. My friend gave Sam my phone number and he and I texted several times before we met face to face.

Trevor and Allison are college sweethearts who tied the knot on the beach in Hilton Head. The colors for the day were a blush pink and gold! They are both SC natives. She is a NICU nurse (she actually took care of my daughter when she was there) & he is an engineer.
My favorite moment was when Jessica was coming down the stairs. I’m going back and forth between taking photos of her and of Brian when all of the sudden Brian started walked to Jessica. HE WENT AND GOT HIS BRIDE! Y’all. There aren’t enough heart eye emojis in the world to convey how unbelievably cool and sweet it was.
While we were busy organising several weddings last summer, this particular wedding that took place in a very scenic part of Umbria, with a palette of various hues of blue, was very dear to us and we would like to share some shots of the event with you.
Ronnie and Jess share complete adoration for one another. I met them one afternoon in Grand Rapids, Michigan and just knew that I was going to love them. Besides both being absolutely beautiful people, their personalities also reflect beauty, warmth, kindness, and dedication towards one another.
Last summer we had the pleasure of organising an “Olive” themed wedding for a fantastic couple, Diana and Stephan. We were really thrilled when this beautiful young couple from Switzerland chose Umbria for their big day. White camellias and delicate olive tree twigs were the central theme for the decor, both in the Church and at the wedding banquet.
Rachel and Brian’s day was the perfect March day. The warm weather, soft light, and no rain (always a plus in Pittsburgh) made for a beautiful day. There were so many personal details that made their day personal to their own journey
Obviously, being a wedding photographer, I love weddings. It’s rare, however, to find a couple who have such a deep relationship with God that you truly feel His presence in their lives. I was truly blessed to have the privilege to photograph Austin and Amanda’s wedding and get to share in capturing their love story.
Casey & Tanner’s wedding took place at The Ingenhuett on High, which a burned down hardware store turned wedding venue in Comfort, TX. The renovation includes a coy pond and beautiful shutters in the ceremony area, vintage furniture and a gorgeous bridal suite. Scorch marks were left on the walls and offered a unique background to this wedding.
