|The Redondo Room at Morais Vineyards and Winery was the ideal location for our styled wedding shoot. With its warm earth tones and elegant charm, this unique private-event space provided the perfect backdrop for the intimate atmosphere we were hoping to create. We also snuck away to snap a few shots of our couple inside of Morais’ exquisite white wedding chapel. These beautiful structures make up just a portion of the impressive event space offered at what is one of Virginia’s most sought-after wedding venues. Our design concept featured sleek geometric lines and angles as seen throughout our floral centerpieces, table runners, stationery, macaroons and other edible favors. The primary color scheme showcased a variety of vibrant shades of green, ivory, and fuchsia with black and gold serving as ideal accent colors. Our dress from Francesca Miranda (Roxanne) was quite the swoon-worthy piece! Its illusion neckline and delicate, semi-transparent ball gown skirt reveals a modern mini-skirt underneath. The perfect accessory to this contemporary yet romantic dress was our elegant Spanish mantilla. The cascade-shaped bridal bouquet was full of greenery and texture, displaying a collection of garden roses, stock flowers, ranunculus, ferns leaves, succulents, and white peonies. We also wanted to inspire couples by using different edible – and healthy – favors, including fruit imprinted with their names. Lastly, we added cotton candy as a fun and unique dessert alternative.
